Game On! Music Extension Program
Game On! is an amplified extension program in Music at Grace Lutheran College offering a unique partnership between the curriculum subject and Grace Academy. The program also offers opportunities for acceleration for some students. As part of the GAME ON! program, students complete three years of specialised classes, including learning a second instrument, completing a minimum of Australian Music Examination Board Grade 2 Theory of Music and dedicated classes and workshops aimed at challenging their individual talents.
Selection for this program is via successful audition and testing. These will take place in Term 3 of each year. Click here for the full program details.
New students entering the College in 2026 as well as existing Year 7 and 8 students are encouraged to enrol in Game On!, by Friday 15 August 2025 (time and date tbc) to guarantee a place in the first round of Game On! and ensemble auditions scheduled as follows:
Tuesday 2 September 2025: Rothwell Campus (time and date tbc)
Wednesday 3 September 2025: Caboolture Campus (time and date tbc)
The second round of Game On! and ensemble auditions will be held on Friday 21 November 2025 (time and date tbc) at Rothwell Campus
